    （1）荷載計算：計算索橋干線斷面上單位長度的索重。

    (1)Loadcalculation:calculatethecableweightperunitlengthonthemainsectionofthecablebridge.

    （2）確定方向：根據建筑平面布置圖，結合空調管道、電氣管道的設置，維修方便，電纜線路密度，確定電纜橋架的更佳線路。在室內，應盡量沿建筑物的墻、柱、梁、樓板搭設。如果可以利用綜合管廊架設，應在管的一側或上方平行架設，并考慮引下線和支線盡量避免交叉。如果沒有其他管架可供借用，則需自行設置（支撐）柱。

    (2)Determinethedirection:accordingtothelayoutplanofthebuilding,combinedwiththesettingofairconditioningpipesandelectricalpipes,convenientmaintenance,cablelinedensity,determinethebestlineofcablebridge.Indoors,itshouldbebuiltalongthewall,column,beamandfloorofthebuildingasfaraspossible.Iftheutilitytunnelcanbeusedforerection,itshallbeerectedinparallelononesideorabovethepipe,andthedownleadandbranchlineshallbeconsideredtoavoidcrossingasmuchaspossible.Ifthereisnootherpipesupportavailableforborrowing,itisnecessarytoset(support)thecolumnbyitself.

    （3）確定橋梁寬度：根據鋪設的電纜數量、電纜直徑和電纜間距，確定電纜橋架的型號和規(guī)格、支臂長度、支柱長度和間距、橋架的寬度和層數。

 (3)Determinethebridgewidth:accordingtothenumberofcableslaid,cablediameterandcablespacing,determinethemodelandspecificationofthecablebridge,thelengthofthearm,thelengthandspacingofthecolumn,thewidthandnumberoflayersofthebridge.

    （4）繪制電纜橋架的平面圖和剖面圖，繪制空間圖，列出部分零件的材料表。

    (4)Drawtheplanandsectionofthecabletray,drawthespacemap,andlistthematerialtableofsomeparts.

    （5）確定安裝方式：根據場地的設置條件確定橋梁的固定方式，選擇懸掛式、垂直式、側墻式或混合式。通常，連接器和緊固件一起提供。另外，根據橋梁結構選擇相應的蓋板。

    三、當弱電電纜與其它低壓電纜共用橋架時，應嚴格選用具有外屏蔽層的弱電系統(tǒng)的弱電電纜，避免相互干擾。
